코비드-19에 감염되다.

아직은 회복 중입니다.

몇 일은 정말 힘들었어요, 4일 동안 계속해서 땀을 흘렸고 침구류는 땀으로 흠뻑 젖었습니다.

하루는 고통이 심해 구급차를 부르려고 했었기도 했어요.

다행히 지금은 대부분의 고통이 사라져서 좀 더 편하게 회복 중입니다.

혹시나 하는 마음에 매일 매일 페이스북에 제 상태를  아침마다 남기고 있어요.

 


I can’t say it is COVID yet but had positive on rapid antigen test and symptoms are really close to COVID-19. Yeh probably it’s COVID.
It has been about 5 days since I felt soreness and it’s getting worse day by day.
Can’t sleep well because of sore body and sore throat every night.
I’m fully vaccinated by the way.
So far I’m taking ibuprofen and lozenges but they are not really helpful at the moment actually getting bad.

 

I wrote that post yesterday and symptoms are developed now I have runny nose, sweating all day and night even I just sit down and doing nothing.
I'm trying to make my body warm as possible at the moment so I can recover faster.

Day 5(From Monday)
Good news- Less body pain, back pain, joint pain, sore eyes, normal fever
Not really happy news - Have new symptoms. runny nose, mild cough(From last 2 days), Red-ish ear wax(which means possible blood mix with/ yesterday)
Sore throat is same and worse in night and morning. I desperately grab lozenges every morning and night.
Drinking and eating is hard because of sore throat.
Feel brain fog, tiredness. breathing is still okay(8:30AM 7 January)
There are more but I don't remember.
It is depressing disease and I feel depressed.
Take care everyone and wear a mask, wash hands.
You might can get Negative on rapid antigen test and I was negative too.
Get PCR test if it's available.
I'm going to get PCR test today.
 
I went to get PCR test this afternoon and one of nurse said 'If you have positive on RAT(Rapid Antigen Test) and symptoms, you don't have to get PCR test and do isolation.'
I had high blood pressure, possible bloody ear wax(Red-ish ear wax), possible bloody poop(Dark brown/Black-ish brown), loss sense of balancing, loss of visual sense(focus), dizziness, Chest pain with high blood pressure.
I started feeling better today which means I'm recovering good, not getting worse. I was close to call ambulance after I realised I loss senses. It wasn't complete loss but I was afraid of losing.
I focused on energy generation on body first so ate food even I don't feel food and took supplements like forcing myself also put myself in warm condition so I can raise body temperature which helping recover. I just did what I can do in logic that I know.
I would say it wasn't easy, literally I couldn't stand up few time almost call for the help. and I don't like call for the help. Couldn't sit on chair as well.
I'm not confident doing physical activity yet, tried to do study but couldn't focus long enough. However it's getting better so maybe few days later I might can focus on study.

Day 6 - Self check log/Morning
I feel better body, joint pains are much less.
less sweating as well but also feel chills.
Still have runny nose, sore throat, my voice is gone already about day 3, feel uncomfortable when drinking and eating with sore.
Struggling to have good sleep/night due to pain yet but the number of it is going down.
Brain fog still remains.

Day 7 - Covid 19 symtoms log/Morning
I can sit longer time, less brain fog and pains are mostly gone which is super nice.
Still have runny nose, cough(less than 10 time in a day, I guess), fever is normal but still need care.
I still have sharp senses after sick.
I AM GETTING BETTER!

Day5가 사실 다섯번 째 날이 아니었네요. 솔직히 몇 일이 지났는지 생각하기도 어려웠어요, 그냥 대충 감으로 찍고 그 숫자를 기준으로 정했었는데 더 오래되었네요.

제가 PCR 테스트를 받은건 금요일 오후 2시 30분과 3시 사이 즈음 될겁니다.

그리고 다음주 금요일까지 증상이 계속해 남아있다면 저는 센터에 전화를 해서 알려야해요.

이건 제가 받은 메세지입니다.

정말 다시는 경험하고 싶지 않은 경험이었어요.

손가락 뼈마디들까지 아팠고 어깨 무릎 허리 등에서 고통을 느꼈었습니다.

누으려 침대에 가려다가 혹은 식기를 꺼내려다가 아픈 고통에 주저앉은적도 몇 번 있었어요.

물론 똑바르게 걸어가지도 못했습니다.

머리는 멍하고 어지러웠고, 시야도 또렷하지 않았어요.

 

엊그제부터 웃음기가 돌아와 좀 더 밝은 모습을 가지고 있습니다.

 

한번 이렇게 데이는 듯한 경험을 해보고나니 앞으로의 일들을 어떻게 결정해 나아가야하나 싶은 생각이 들더군요.

 

하나는 현재 거주하고 있는 장소를 떠나 저만의 안전한 장소를 찾는겁니다.

지금 있는 곳은 항공기 소리와 사람들이 떠드는 소리가 밤낮으로 쉬지않아 휴식에 적당하지 않은 장소이고 불편하더라고요. 또 공부에 집중하기도 어려운 장소이고요. 주변 잡음이 너무 많은게 탈입니다.

정말 휴식다운 휴식이 어렵다고 할 수 있겠네요.

 

두번째는 직장에 대한 고민이었어요.

수익이 좋을 때엔 한 주에 2백만원이 훌쩍 넘는 수익을 만들어내기도 하지만 항상 그런게 아니기 때문에 좀 더 안정적인 직업이 필요하겠단 생각이 들었어요.

아마 직장을 바로 바꾸지는 못할거라 생각해요, 인수인계도 해야하고 정리해야 할 일들이 좀 남아있으니까요. 물론 새로운 적임자를 찾는거도 쉽지않고요.

하지만 앞으로 계속해서는 안될거란 계산은 나왔기 때문에 관두게 되는건 시간 문제이지 않을까 싶습니다.

 

세번째는 시간 분배에 관해 생각을 하는 중인데 아픈거도 있고, 아직 게으른거도 있어서 아직 결과를 만들어내지는 못했어요.

배울건 많은데 게으름이 문제네요 ㅎㅎ
